Why Haidilao always need to wait so long, Sometimes it makes people feel frustrated when it needed to wait for hours to get into the dining table. However, I almost gave up Haidilao after few hours of waiting. And I went to another relatively similar steamboat restaurant in Clarke Quay. But i shouldn't done it.
I found that the differences between Haidilao and Others is not just customer services , but also others welfare for customers. Price relatively the similar.
Haidilao 's Pros:
Free Pedicure , Free tidbit and drinks during waiting, Free printing Photos , Free Fruits and appetisers , free sauces of course , good services!
Cons :Long hours of waiting ,**Worth for waiting.
Others's Pros : Soup looks very healthy .
Cons :Otherwise none even sauces chargeable $5.00. Free ice Cream is stone cold , hard to scoop out and often out of stock.
