Indonesia Bamboo Cake served with Coconut Flakes and Sugar toppings @ ChinaTown
Sometime , I really think traditional Food have been neglected by the society. I do think we should appreciate those who believe in the old style of making traditional food . There are one food stall selling traditional Kuih Muih (some form of cake in Malay).I think it is really awesome in terms of quality and spirit. Love the attitude believe in traditional food.

Comments : Bamboo cake consists of Gula Melaka ( Palm Sugar in Malay). I seems pretty fond of this kind of dessert which consists of gula melaka. There are coconut flakes and coloured Sugar as the toppings of the cake. Love it with good amount of gula melaka and coconut flakes. It taste really when served it with sugar on top , it bring out the taste of coconut flakes and didn't make the rice cake seems tasteless.
