All Time Favourite - Sliced Fish Vermicelli @Outram Park ,Tan Boon Liat Building
Not because of the low price ! Is because it is a delicious Sliced Fish Rice Noodles in Singapore. I have tried so many different sliced fish rice noodles around Sg and even Malaysia. The milky yet not creamy soup is taste very adequate in terms of the level of sour and salty. Generally, people will cook the noodles separately so makes the vermicelli taste none. While this rice noodles is full of the taste of soup and not souggy at all.
Just a heads up those TAKE AWAY taste better than those Dine in. I don't know why , But it is what I experienced . Maybe because of the different chef or timing. But they can make a great sliced fish Vermicelli and vice versa.
