I love Pork Bun very much! I tried it once in Shanghai in a restaurant called XIAO YANG SHENG JIAN . It is really good and cheap. It costs RMB 6 for 4 pieces of bun. But let's be realistic , you are in Singapore. There is a similar restaurant in Singapore called XIANG YUAN JI . Their bun is very juicy. Pan fried meat stuffed bun usually filled with pork and gelatine that melts into soup when cooked. So there is a lot of juicy soup came out when you take a bite of it .

Comments :The reason I have given 3 stars is the choice in menu is rather less. The thickness of the bun is in a appropriate thickness. It very excited when the splash moments when the teeth bite the bun. I also ordered Little dumplings filled with special herb mixed with pork and also prawn mixture.
Both also really good. For girls who love bite a little by little , Prawn Dumpling will be your friend. But for me , I prefer the Shepherd Purse Dumpling. The smell of the herb is very light and its elevate the dumplings into different level than the leek/chives.
The noodles is kind of sweet. They put quite an amount of sugar into the Spring onion oil. But the is the style in Shanghai .People in Shanghai prefer sweet. Perhaps some people may not like the taste of the sweetness in a Savoury Noodles. But I found it is very one of the kind and the sweetness makes my day happy.
