Ichiban Boshi is a quite well known Japanese Restaurant in Singapore. Not the top but absolutely not the bottom one. Ambiance is good , layout of the restaurant is well designed. You can choose to sit around the rolling sushi table or not. It is totally based on customer's preferences.
I have chosen two different bento set in order to compare different dishes.
- Unagi Don is moderate ,Unagi itself not much , rice is more than the toppings.
-Same goes to Salmon Don , quantity of Salmon itself not much, but the sauce and herb on top makes this Salmon Don differentiate than other restaurant's. And Salmon is really good!
