Scallop with Cellophane Noodles toppings



  1. Soak Cellophane Noodles into a bowl of water 
  2. Fried 2/3 Garlic 
  3. Cut Soaked C.Noodles into half
  4. 1/3 left garlic mix with soaked C.noodles into a bowl of fried garlic oil 
  5. Put salt for seasoning purpose 
  6. Put the mixture on top of the Scallop
  7. STEAM IT 
  8. Put some Soy Sauce 
  9. Ready to serve
