HOMEMADE SWEET POTATO SPONGE CAKE

STEAM SWEET POTATOES UNTIL SOFT. 
ADD IN MILK AND MASH INTO PUREE 

ADD PLAIN FLOUR , SWEET POTATO PUREE AND STIR. THEN MIX IN MELTED BUTTER 

WHISK EGGS AND CASTER SUGAR UNTIL THICK TEXTURE CREAM 

POUR BATTER INTO BAKING TIN 

PREHEATED OVEN AT 180'C

BAKE FOR 35 - 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL COOKED

REMOVE AND UNMOLD THE CAKE. 

LEAVE THE CAKE COOL DOWN A FEW MINUTES 

AFTER TOOK IT FROM THE OVEN

CUT INTO PIECES AND IT IS READY TO SERVE!
